Dues & Fees

2022 Annual Dues are $645. Dues must be postmarked on or paid online by March 15, 2022 to avoid a late fee.

Membership Share
New memberships include a $450 non-refundable initial fee in addition to the equity share amount of $900.

Annual Dues – $645
The annual dues for a regular membership are due to the Club each year by March 15th. A late fee of $40 will be charged for dues postmarked or paid online after March 18th. An additional $40 fee will be charged for dues postmarked or paid online after April 18th. The Club may not be used by the member until all dues and late fees are paid in full. Unpaid dues and fees are deducted from the Membership Share. If unpaid dues and fees are greater than the Membership Share, the membership will be terminated. If dues are more than 60 days in arrears, the membership will be set to Inactive Status for the season and commensurate fees will be assessed. (Ref: Bylaws, Article III).

Senior Dues
For our senior members who have been members for a minimum of 5 years, annual dues are reduced to the following amounts (proof of member age required):

  • Aged 65 and over $590
  • Aged 75 and over $530

Guest Fees
The weekday guest fee is $5 per person or $20 per family per day. Weekends are $8 per person and $35 per family. A guest staying in a member’s home up to 14 days can purchase an extended guest pass for $65 per person or $125 per family.

Babysitter Fee
There is no admission fee for a babysitter whose name and information has been submitted by a Member (see Section 3e). The fees for a babysitter’s own children, if any, are $5 per child per day or $75 per child per season. One adult may be responsible for no more than 5 children, 12 years of age or younger.

Seasonal House Guest – $200 per person
The guest must permanently reside outside a 50 mile radius of the pool and provide proof of residency. The guest may come to the pool without the member at any time. The membership secretary will make a special designation for the guest at the front desk check-in. Seasonal house guests are not eligible for participation on the Swim or Dive Teams.

Seasonal Child Care Fee – $125 per child
A member who is providing childcare in their home for non-member children must pay a fee of $125 per child for the summer season to bring that child into the Club in lieu of a daily guest fee. The member must remain at the pool with the child(ren). One adult may be responsible for no more than 5 children 12 years of age or younger.

Non-Resident Spouse Fee
The fee for a non-resident spouse in case of separation or divorce to use the Club is $5 per day or $50 per season. The non-resident spouse must be accompanied by a member of the family included on the Gate Control Card.

Inactive Fee – $125 per season
To place your membership on inactive status, the fee must be paid by March 15th. A late fee of $40 is charged for dues postmarked or paid online after March 18th. An additional $50 fee will be charged for dues postmarked or paid online after April 18th. The slots of members choosing inactive status are offered as a Summer Rental to waitlist candidates. Their membership is retained but they may not access the facilities for the current season or change their status back to Active until the next season. Members may not designate which waitlist candidate receives the offer.

Involuntary Inactive Fee – $200 per membership in addition to the two late fees ($90)

Membership Redemption
Memberships are not transferable but may be redeemed at the original share paid unless there are delinquent dues or fees owed. (Ref: Bylaws, Articles III). A redemption request must be submitted to the Board by March 15th to avoid payment of dues or to receive a full refund of current dues paid). Late fees and dues unpaid are subtracted from he share redemption. Annual dues will be refunded as follows:

  • A full refund for requests received by March 15th
  • A $100 refund for requests received by July 15th
  • No refund for requests made after July 15th

Returned Check Fee – $35 per check

Wait List Fee – $50 nonrefundable plus $1.80 credit card processing fee
At the top of this page, click the “Join the Pool” button to complete the application and pay the fee. The potential member is placed at the bottom of the waiting list and advances as vacancies occur. A person may not elect to be passed over and remain on the list.

Pavilion Fee – $25 each use
